Sources for changing claims

• Law and licensing: Use the Department of Internal Affairs, current legislation and applicable public registers. Distinguish a New Zealand licence from an overseas licence, an auction result or an application. Sports and racing betting has separate rules.
• Bonuses: Check the operator’s current offer page and terms for eligibility, wagering, maximum stake or cash-out, expiry and currency. Quote the date checked; a previous offer is not a standing entitlement.
• Payments: Identify the deposit and payout methods separately. Fees, conversion, identity checks, limits and processing times depend on the operator and account. Do not describe a withdrawal as instant without dated, relevant evidence.
